Well, I am a repeat customer with Altered Matter & let me tell you just how great they are.
I keep going on & on about the wonderful personal touch of the hand written thank you on my receipt & there are no adjectives in any human language to describe how incredible that feels.
Well my favorite store has gone so far above & beyond that I am totally geeking out.
Not only do I get a hand written thank you but this time through it was personalized further by being addressed to me directly.
So in conclusion "Altered Matter" is THE example for all customer service.
I ordered the large gear ball and a baby dragon, without the egg for my grandson for Christmas. Both are just beautiful! The iridescence adds to the fascination of these items. The gear ball is pretty large, I think, after seeing it, I would have preferred the small. I highly recommend! I know my grandson will love his Christmas gifts!
Really love how this turned out. I had a smaller one did for my mini terrarium then liked it so much that decided to make the bigger one just for my bookshelf. I love how it turned out so much that I may order another one soon in the nightwing and make a bigger terrarium around it because the detailing really comes alive with it's lit up.
This dragon is an EXCELLENT product! Every detail is perfect! And I am a Professor of Visual Arts!!
The dragons and egg were a gift to 30 month old grand nephew. He loved them! The colors and the movable texture really was the attraction points thanks!
